Headquartered in Stafford, VA, we partner with the federal government through multiple acquisition contracts including GSA OASIS SB Pool 1, GSA OASIS 8(a) Pool 1, GSA STARS III, and various set-asides. QED has built the necessary procurement mechanisms to successfully support our federal agency and DoD clients.
